IP addresses are removed once they no longer pose a risk. It's common on hosting or cloud providers for abusive systems to be terminated, or for compromised hosts to be cleaned. In general, all IPs on NovaSense rotate at least every 7 days, and can be as often as hourly.

IP Lookup

You may enter an IP address to check if it is blocked on NovaSense. If you have an IP address which is incorrectly blocked you may then request an exception.

Snapt users: you may whitelist IP addresses on your ADC to immediately ignore matches in NovaSense.
